Patches are distributed and installed on your company’s computers in a process-oriented and automated manner. BC Networks Patch Management system is fully integrated within BCN's core Remote Monitoring & Management Platform 'BCN-Central'.

In order to assure productivity, the patches are systematically tested over a defined time interval, based on severity in a process-oriented and automated manner. Every change in the IT infrastructure can be traced via the history of installed and non-installed patches. Reports showing installed and non-installed and required patches can be generated in various output formats.

BCN-central connects directly to the WSUS system and automatically creates a WSUS computer group for each customer. This streamlines the process and reduces the amount of time it takes to set up and configure and manage a WSUS configuration.

BC Networks Operations team monitors and approves patches based on policy, severity and schedule, sending alerts for machines that are falling behind.
